“We’re thrilled to welcome Erica Snow to the board. Her work at the helm of Aspen Community Foundation has given her a deep understanding of our community’s needs–not just in healthcare, but also in early childhood education, economic opportunity, and youth empowerment. And her time at Colorado Health Foundation means she’ll bring a wealth of knowledge about how policies and institutions can provide quality primary care for all Coloradans.” Mountain Family Health Centers Board Chair Hannah Berman
