Mountain Family Health Centers offers our patients multiple ways to pay their bill

  1. Click on “Pay my bill via Instamed” below and sign up to pay your bill
  2. Use the QR code on your paper statements from Instamed that will take you directly to their site to pay your bill
  3. Use MFHC Patient Portal to pay your bill
  4. Call us directly at 970-945-2840 to ask questions, set up payment plans, or pay your bill with one of our billing coordinators
