Marta Gruntmane, PA-C

Marta earned her Physician Associate degree in May 2023 from Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction. Before becoming a physician associate, Marta worked as a Care Technician at Vail Health and as a ski patroller at Ski Cooper. Her rotation at Mountain Family in Rifle solidified her desire to work in family medicine and at an FQHC.  Marta is originally from Latvia, but has lived in the United States for more than 20 years and in Colorado for 10. Marta is fluent in Spanish and is excited to be working at the Gypsum and Avon clinics. Her goal for Mountain Family is to help patients make informed decisions about their medical care and guide them towards a happier, healthier life. She is particularly passionate about all things women’s health. In her spare time she likes to bake, read, ski, travel and go to concerts with her daughter Remi.
