Louise “Taylor” McKey,

Taylor was born and raised in Austin, Texas, but spent many summers camping and exploring in Colorado. She attended Texas Christian University, where she earned a BSN and BA in Spanish. Before beginning her career as a nurse practitioner, Taylor spent nearly seven years as a registered nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.

Taylor earned her MSN from the University of Colorado in 2016 and has since practiced as a provider in pediatric primary care and pediatric specialty care. She enjoys caring for children at every age and stage of development, with a particular interest in family-centered care, newborn care, and lactation.

After spending two years living in Europe, Taylor and her family recently returned to Colorado and are excited to be living back in the mountains and closer to family. She returns to Mountain Family Health Centers as an as needed pediatric nurse practitioner covering all clinic sites. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in the mountains.
