Mountain Family Health Centers was chosen by the 102,000 participants in the Weigh and Win program as a top 10 weigh in location. We’re happy to have helped so many Coloradans on their journey to their healthiest selves.
Participants at our kiosk have lost a total of 736 pounds. That impact feeds into the statewide impact of 350,000 pounds lost and $700,000 cash awarded for weight loss.
Weigh and Win is a free program in Colorado that pays participants to achieve a healthy weight. Weigh and Win helps Coloradans incorporate healthy eating and active living habits into their routine through personalized health coaching with daily exercise plans, meal plans and more. Progress is tracked with quarterly weigh ins at community kiosks like the mobile Mountain Family kiosk. Then, cash is awarded for weight improvement. To learn more or sign up, visit WeighandWin.com.
The Mountain Family mobile kiosk is located at the Glenwood Springs Health Center on Wednesday, January 9th through Friday, January 11th. The mobile kiosk will be at our Edwards health center Monday, January 14th through Friday January 18th.
