Time is running out to double or triple the value of your gift to Mountain Family Health Centers.
That’s because December 31 is the LAST DAY your gift to Mountain Family will be matched by the 2020 Rescue Fund.
All gifts under $1,000 are TRIPLE matched! Your gift of $10 = $30; $25 = $75; $100 = $300! And gifts of $1,000 or more are DOUBLE matched. A gift of $1,000 becomes $2,000; a gift of $2,000 becomes $4,000; and a gift of $5,000 becomes $10,000!
Your gift will improve the lives of thousands of men, women, and children by providing equitable and affordable medical, behavioral, and dental healthcare for all.
As Blanca Uzeta O’Leary said, “Mountain Family is providing a deeply needed service for our valley that is very hard to find anywhere else. I refer people to Mountain Family regularly. You provide compassionate care and are extremely competent with excellent service. My husband and I became Founding Members because so many of our families are struggling paycheck to paycheck with no health insurance. We need to help our neighbors and provide healthcare to all. My husband and I really want to help families, so we give to Mountain Family.”
Please send your tax-deductible contribution to my attention at: Mountain Family Health Centers, 2700 Gilstrap Court, #100, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601.

“Mountain Family is a vital resource for our communities. We are proud to continue our support through this new matching gift program. Mountain Family provides critical medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare to vulnerable men, women and children also in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only are they providing essential healthcare to thousands of people in our communities who are uninsured or on Medicaid, they are ensuring that our communities are healthy also by testing for COVID-19 in Basalt, Glenwood Springs, Rifle, and Eagle. On behalf of co-founders, like myself, Melony Lewis and Jerry Greenwald, we encourage you to support the good work that Mountain Family does in our communities.”
