Holiday Closures in December & January

Mountain Family Health Centers extends season’s greetings to our patients, supporters and partners this winter. Our health centers will have the following holiday hours or closures in December and January:

Monday, December 24^th: Open 8am – 2pm
Tuesday, December 25^th: All health centers closed
Tuesday, January 1^st: All health centers closed

Our health centers, except for our Basalt location, will be open with regular hours on Monday, December 31^st. Patients, supporters and partners can call 970-945-2840 with questions or to make an appointment for medical, dental, and behavioral (mental) health services.
