Mountain Family Health Centers and La TriColor Radio are hosting the fourth annual Health Fair or Feria de Salud on Sunday, November 11th, 8am – 11am, at Basalt High School. All are welcome, including residents who identify as Latino or Hispanic.
Registration will close at 11am, due to how popular the event has been in the past. In 2017, Mountain Family provided information or services to over 400 attendees.
An option for participants this year will be to pay an at-cost rate of $35 for a multi-test blood draw. There will be other services available, including the Mountain Family Mobile Dental Van, health insurance enrollment opportunities, behavioral health education, education on public charge and other pressing social concerns.
