Steven Leazer

Steve Leazer joined Mountain Family in 2019 after six years with HCA Healthcare’s Continental Division where he oversaw growth analytics and financial decision support.  Prior to HCA Healthcare Steve worked for University Physicians, Inc. and Huron Consulting Group.  As Director of Finance, Steve leads financial record keeping, reporting and budgeting for Mountain Family.  Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and his Master of Finance degree from Colorado State University – Global Campus.  When not at work Steve enjoys the great outdoors and spending time with his wife and two sons.
