Kelly Medina

Occupation: Director of Student & Family Services, Roaring Fork Schools
Kelly Medina-Pacheco is the Director of Student and Family Services for Roaring Fork Schools, where she develops equitable support systems in collaboration with families, schools, and the community. With over a decade of experience, she previously led the Family Resource Center, enhancing health access and community partnerships while implementing data-driven strategies to support student well-being.
Kelly holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado Mountain College and is pursuing a Master of Public Health at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Her focus areas include health equity, crisis response, and integrated student services.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Kelly serves on various advisory boards and statewide initiatives in public health, early childhood education, and maternal health. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Colorado’s mountains and fostering community leadership.
