Occupation: CEO at Aspen Community Foundation

Erica is the CEO of Aspen Community Foundation, which serves communities from Aspen to Parachute. She has worked in philanthropy for over two decades, working to bring people and organizations together to create meaningful, lasting change through thoughtful philanthropy, trusted partnerships, and genuine collaboration. Before joining ACF as CEO in June 2022, Erica spent 14 years in senior leadership roles at the Colorado Health Foundation, a private statewide foundation. Erica’s career has also included roles in community mental health, hospitals, nonprofits, and research settings. She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Master of Science in Community Mental Health from the University of Vermont. She also serves on the board of Philanthropy Colorado. Outside of work, Erica is happiest exploring the outdoors with her husband, daughter, and two canine companions.
