Dustin will start as Chief Executive Officer of Mountain Family Health Centers in early February 2024. Dustin had spent 15 years in health policy, advocacy, and philanthropy. He most recently served as the Director of Innovation at the Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC), where he led the organization’s efforts to build a multi-state data initiative, a first-of-its-kind project. His role required understanding the national, regional, and state health care data landscape and leading efforts to engage stakeholders across the country for more comprehensive claims data collection and analysis. Prior to his time at CIVHC, he spent seven years with the Colorado Health Foundation, working on the policy and program teams. Moyer has worked for both Kansas and Colorado Medicaid and the He holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washburn University. Dustin lives in Glenwood Springs with his wife, Amy, and their two sons, Miles and Issac. He enjoys skiing, running trails, reading, and fly fishing in his free time.
