Dana Peterson, SHRM-SCP, SPHR

Dana joined Mountain Family in 2021. In the twelve years prior, Dana served as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Glenwood Springs, the HR Benefits & Wellness Administrator/HR Business Partner for Garfield County, and the Director of Human Resources for Mountain Valley Developmental Services. Dana earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wake Forest University. She earned her Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University. Drawn to people and organizations, Dana also earned a Master Certificate in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Villanova University. When not at work, Dana relishes time with her family. She also enjoys running, yoga, skiing, biking, and teaching ballet to adults. Dana is passionate about Mountain Family’s mission and strives to make a difference for all the employees working to ensure the provision of high-quality medical, dental, and behavioral health care for our patients.
