Elizabeth (Ely) Pena, LSW

Ely has been practicing Social Work since 2022 and Behavioral Health since 2024. Ely earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Colorado Mesa University in 2022 and then went back in 2024 to complete her Master of Social Work degree and graduated in 2025. Ely grew up in Garfield County and is therefore passionate about serving the community that raised her. Ely is fluent in both English and Spanish and is excited to bring her services to Mountain Family Health Centers Rifle Clinic. When Ely is not at work you can likely find her with her husband eating all the best new/old local foods or curled up with her Corgi Eve.
