Madeleine “Maddie” Nieslanik, PA-C

Family Medicine

Rifle Integrated Health Center

Maddie earned her Physician Assistant master’s degree from Colorado Mesa University, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology, with honors, from Avila University. While in PA school she was fortunate enough to be selected for an extended clinical training in a rural and underserved community (Rifle). While in training she fell in love with rural medicine and being able to interact with Spanish speaking patients. Her Spanish is proficient, but she is always working to improve it. She is passionate about providing greater access to care in the Roaring Fork Valley and creating an environment that promotes learning about ways to better one’s own health, and ways to get involved with healthcare. Maddie is a native of the Roaring Fork Valley, growing up in Carbondale, and always dreamed of practicing medicine in the community she grew up in. While not at work she enjoys skiing, snowmobiling, camping, leading youth in 4-H, and with kids in the valley.
