Lydia Sprouse, FNP

Lydia Sprouse, FNP, has been practicing medicine since 2021 in acute and urgent care. Lydia earned her Family Nurse Practitioner from Regis University, where she graduated with honors in their rural and underserved program. Lydia received her BSN from Lander University, located in her home state of South Carolina, where she graduated magna cum laude in 2013. She moved to Colorado in 2014. Lydia’s goal for Mountain Family Health Centers is to positively impact youth by serving as a school-based health center provider. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Lydia enjoys seeing patients across all ages of life and is skilled at treating children and adults. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, watching them learn and grow while exploring all that our beautiful area has to offer.
