Open enrollment for health insurance kicked off on November 1, 2024, and runs through January 15, 2025. This period offers the perfect opportunity to secure health coverage for yourself and your family. At Mountain Family Health Centers, our certified, bilingual (English/Spanish) health coverage guides are ready to help you navigate the system and complete your application. This year, Colorado has expanded coverage options, including undocumented individuals and DACA recipients, so everyone in our state can access the care they need. 

Upcoming Enrollment Events – Join Us! 

Mountain Family Health Centers will host open enrollment assistance events on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Join us at any of these locations to receive one-on-one enrollment support. Walk-ins are welcome, or you can schedule an appointment:

Health Coverage Options in Colorado – Find What’s Right for You 

Mountain Family Health Centers’ health coverage guides are here to assist you with understanding and enrolling in various coverage programs, including: 

-Medicaid/CHP+: Colorado’s Medicaid program, Health First Colorado, and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) provide coverage for individuals and families with specific income levels. 

– Connect for Health Colorado: Colorado’s health insurance marketplace offers subsidized plans based on income and family size. 

– Omni-Salud: Connect for Health Colorado offers coverage options for Coloradans without documentation. 

– Cover-All Coloradans (Available January 2025) expands coverage for pregnant Coloradans and children up to 260% of the Federal Poverty Level, regardless of immigration status. 

For those who may not qualify for health insurance, Mountain Family Health Centers also offers a Sliding Fee Discount Program for patients earning up to 400% of the Federal Poverty Level. This program provides healthcare discounts to ensure everyone has access to quality care. 

Open enrollment through Connect for Health Colorado runs from November 1, 2024, to January 15, 2025. Special enrollment periods are also available throughout the year for those experiencing qualifying life events (such as a loss of coverage, marriage, or a new baby).
