Beginning Nov. 1, individuals can shop for 2020 health insurance plans through Connect for Health Colorado. For coverage that begins Jan. 1, 2020, you must enroll by Dec. 15, 2019. People who enroll between Dec. 15 and Jan. 15 will have a coverage start date of Feb. 1, 2020. Open enrollment ends Jan. 15.
We can help individuals and families who are shopping for coverage and need to enroll. Mountain Family Health Centers offers in-person assistance for signing up for plans through Connect for Health Colorado, as well as applying for Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+).
