“Last week I had a patient bringing up lots of anxiety and depression symptoms at the end of the visit. I was running late and so did not let Candice know until a little after noon that the patient needed behavioral health help. Candice did not complain and spent most of her lunch with the patient and was able to uncover childhood trauma as a root of much of her symptoms.
