Mountain Family is excited the reach $1.15 million for our capital campaign in support of our new Basalt Integrated Health Center. We’d like to thank our donors so far and continue to reach out to other partner organizations and individuals interested in supported expanding medical, dental and behavioral health services in one location. This new, expanded location means we can expand the number of patients treated at our Basalt Integrated Health Center from 2,200 to 3,700.
Below we have a gallery of photos showing construction of the new Basalt Integrated Health Center. Due to increasing construction costs we are increasing our campaign goal to $3.4 million. We are confident we can reach our goal. Currently the construction team is working on laying the in-floor plumbing. Trenches have been cut and plumbing is being installed. The foundation for the elevator has been dug, and footing are being put down. The metal studs have arrived, and shortly new walls will start to be placed on the medical side and in the upstairs conference rooms. It is exciting to see the weekly process. The Basalt Integrated Health Center is set to open January 2019.
