Mike joined the Mountain Family Board of Directors in 2021 as Eagle County’s Chief Strategy Officer.  Prior to his current role, Mike spent 20 years in various leadership positions within state, local governments and the nonprofit sector.  His passions include strategy development and deployment, operational excellence, and building organizational cultures that support high performance.  Mike earned his Bachelors of Science in Technical Communications in 2002 and his Masters of Science in Management from Regis University in 2006.  When he’s not at work, Mike can be found reading, biking, and running.
